ARRIVAL

Please ensure you arrive on time.
New clients please arrive 10 minutes earlier to complete our Welcome Form.

PREPARATION

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly and you get the most out of your lashes, please remove all eye makeup before your appointment.

SPECIAL ATTENTION

Please advise Pro Lash Society of any conditions that may require additional care to make your experience comfortable (pregnancy, injury, medications).

LATE ARRIVALS:

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service will require us to shorten the length of the treatment (with full service charges applied) so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments.

NO SHOWS

Full payment is required for 'no-show' or missed appointments.

CHILDREN

For safety reasons, insurance purposes and to ensure the relaxation and experience of all guests, no child under the age of 13 may accompany you to your appointment without an additional parent or carer present. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon.

Pro Lash Society does not perform eyelash extension services on children under the age of 16. Children 16yrs and over are required to have permission from a parent or guardian before a service is performed.

 Booking Policy

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is then deducted from the total cost of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable however if a cancellation is made or clients need to reschedule within 24hrs of their appointment time, we are able to transfer the deposit to a new booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our lash stylist and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This can be done by text or email. Should you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours prior, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded with no exception.

*Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place.

EYELASH EXTENSION REFILL POLICY

Pro Lash Society does not refill/infill on other salon's work unless a consultation appointment has been made PRIOR to the refill appointment. This is to ensure the quality of workmanship and products are compatible with those of Pro Lash Society. If the extensions are assessed to be unsuitable, a removal and a full set will be required.

EYELASH EXTENSION REFILL POLICY FOR EXISTING CLIENTS

You must book in your refill within 24 days of your last appointment with us AND have 50% of your extensions remaining. If it has been 25 days or longer since your last refill, you will need to book in for a new full set of extensions.

Returns Policy

SERVICES 

If you were not pleased with your service, please reach out to us within 72 hours of your last booking with us. We do not refund services, but it's important to us that you are 100% satisfied.

PRODUCTS

For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days of purchase. If you're unsure about a product, we'd be glad to make a sample of it when/where we can.
